This beautyful sunny panoramic location overlooks the valley and turns this typical former farmhouse into the ideal stay for families and friends of nature.	You will feel well... !

The holiday cottage is well equipped. 
The cottage has two rooms with three beds each, a double rooms, two bathrooms

a spacious living room with an open fire place, a kitchen-cum-living-room  with stove-heating for hot water and hoating the so called "termocucina"
A non-artificial cellar completes the native supply. The lighting is produced by a solar panel.  But there is no lack of comfort, however, a generator can produce electricity to run the dishwater, if requested.

	Outdoors  You want to relax or just "listen" to the nature? A large meadow invites to do so. Or do you prefer playing boccia with friends? There is a grassy bocciac ourse next to the lawn waiting. Kids are very welcome to romp aboutand your pets won't come off badly.

This holiday area offers many different ways of spending a relaxing holiday. The holiday hut is the best starting point for walking and biking tours, or trekking on horseback in summer and autumn. Hang gliding, however, is a perfect option, too. The Lake of Caldonazzo and the Lake of Levico present a good alternative as they are two out of nearly 300 lakes belonging to the Trentino.

Corresponding to snow conditions this is an optimal area for cross-country-touring or ski boot trekking (guided tours available)

Trento is not far away and worth a visit at any time of the year because of the attractive range of cultural institutions, events and shopping facilities.
You can go on additional trips to nature reserves, castles, museums, wine cellars and much more than that. We recommend aday trip across the Valsugana and the Veneto by train, just to the heart of Venice with its boats ans gondolas.
